When the entire house is not reserved, individual rooms may be booked. The Sea View Room has a queen bed and can accommodate two persons. The Mermaid Room and Sailing Room also have a queen bed, but can accommodate an additional twin bed, allowing three persons to stay in each room. All rooms have a private, en-suite bathroom. Our room rates are for two persons. There is a small additional charge for a third person. Our rates include all meals during your stay, unlimited guided snorkeling at Mabul Island's snorkeling sites, and our personal concierge to assist with transportation, activities and any other needs.

​All rooms have a minimum 3-night stay. Individual rooms can be booked up to 60 days in advance.
